Mr. Martinez is the General Managing Director of GreenHills Ventures, LLC, a private investment holding company. Greenhills is headquartered in New York City with offices in Madrid, Spain, Singapore, Dublin, Ireland and Grand Duchy, Luxembourg.
Prior to joining GreenHills Ventures, Mr. Martinez was a private investor who participated in the successful acquisition of sixdegrees.com by YouthStream Media Network (OTCBB: YSTM) for $125 million and E@wonders, Inc. by BuyItNow for $150 million.
Mr. Martinez, a resident of New York City, has over 30 years of experience in corporate financial management and M & A at Citibank, American Express, Coastal Oil, Inc., Inlumen, Inc., Dial Corporation, Seagram’s Beverage Corporation, Olsten Financial Services, and PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP (Coopers & Lybrand, LLP).
Mr. Martinez, a former C.P.A, holds a M.B.A in Finance and a B.A. in Accounting from St. John’s University, as well as a post master’s degree in Executive Management Program in M & A and Corporate Finance from the Harvard Business School.

His proven track record in both management level and execution in many facets of his business include Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) involving Systems Analysis, Design, Development and Implementation, developing teams at business and technical level for all levels of technology projects and undertaking on T&M and turnkey basis, produced creative solutions ensuring new initiatives are implemented within specified timeframes, Experienced in Database Modeling and Database Architecture based on functional requirements and system design of the client using RDBMS concepts and constructs, Create, modify, document and enhance data specifications including identifying and mapping data elements from source systems into the dimensional data warehouse, Expert in Developing Packages to Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) data into the Data warehouse from Heterogeneous databases such as AS/400 files, Oracle, Sybase and MS Access, Expertise in designing complex reports using Cascading parameters, Drill-Through Reports, Parameterized Reports, Sub reports, customized and AdHoc reports. Experienced in designing and developing large amounts of enterprise reports using the data from ETL Loads and various heterogeneous data sources. Mr. Goldenberg is an experienced corporate attorney, concentrating his practice in the areas of capital markets, venture capital and investment transactions, and corporate governance. Previously, he was associated with several prominent law firms in New York City, where he specialized in securities offerings, corporate transactions, and compliance with SOX, Dodd-Frank, FINRA and SEC rules. Mr. Goldenberg holds an Israeli law degree as well as an American law degree from Cornell Law School and is admitted to the New York Bar.
